&lt;p&gt;I wanted to do this comparison so you guys could see the changes my body has gone through the last year ✨ Starting at the top left is me in February, at 142lbs when I would jog around the neighborhood or the treadmill for 30min like 3/4 times a week ✨ Top right is me in October, at 146lbs I had been weightlifting for 6mo now &amp; trying to incorporate cleaneating permanently but I would still have my drinks &amp; treats more than occasionally ✨ Bottom left is me in December, at 160lbs when I decided to do the competition &amp; bulked for about a month to build some muscle ✨ Bottom right is me in March, at 137lbs about 2 weeks out from my 1st competition. I had been on a shred plan for 8weeks with my coach @tplack ✨Through his diet plans I was able to see how amazingly important it is to eat properly. The correct amount of protein with a balanced amount of clean carbs for a good source of energy. I’m not gonna lie I had several anxiety binge episodes &amp; it really hard for me to keep a straight head. I was stressed, I was moody &amp; I questioned what I was doing. 😖 But after a couple of weeks at the end of my prep I finally started to enjoy the process, the suffering &amp; the sacrifices because I realized that everything I was doing would be worth it. Yes it is hard, very hard. But that doesnt mean you arent capable of doing it. You just have to put your mind in the right place first, &amp; remind yourself constantly of why youre doing this. When you achieve such a thing you learn &amp; grow, &amp; that is the biggest price after all 🏆 Yes, the good looks comes with it, but the confidence is build from within, from discovering your capabilities. 🙆 You are STRONG 💪 and you can over pass ANY obstacle if you put the EFFORT &amp; your ❤. &lt;p&gt;They were mad when Beyonce said girls run the world which was mostly a jam about taking power away from men by becoming financially independent which for a lot of women, particularly women of color, is a huge deal. White women can keep on babbling about glass ceilings and “equality” if they want, I don’t want to share a damn thing with white men.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then they were mad at her for dancing in a leotard at the Super Bowl never mind Beyonce’s choreography is essentially calisthenics in stilettos - SHE NEEDS ROOM TO MOVE. Also whatever happened to body autonomy? Is that also a thing Black women aren’t allowed to participate in?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then they were enraged that she would name her tour Mrs. Carter, selling her independence down the river! Not for a second pausing to think that 1. it’s a radical act of vulnerability (that black women are rarely afforded) to love another person that much and be unafraid to show it and 2. It’s one of the greatest (public) examples of (traditional, I know) modern day Black love other than say the Obamas.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So now Beyonce claps back with a teaser, not even an official single, telling all of them to hush and reaffirming her position as the one who is in control of her life (took some time to live my life, don’t think I’m just his little wife) and actually calls all of the catty bitches “bitches” which I think is GREAT. Being nice to assholes gets you nowhere so why even try? State your position and move on.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;But I also think it’s interesting that white women automatically assumed this was for them - that everything woc do is for them. It reminds me of something &lt;a href="http://www.hoitycoity.com"&gt;Diana&lt;/a&gt; said, “I keep forgetting how much of the world’s experiences belong to white ladies for their own purposes.” If you stop assuming Bey is talking to you or making music for you (clearly she’s been on her black girl shit since Destiny’s Child) you wouldn’t be so upset when you don’t understand her message. Everything isn’t for you.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

WODed with 145 the day after. Ohhh yeah. Almost died, but I survived. Also, found my new back squat PR, because I was getting really bored with back squating with 50#. So, yeah back squat, 115. :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;My main issue is T2B.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;If anyone has any tips, please let me know&lt;/strong&gt;. Today I&amp;#8217;m going to take a different approach. It&amp;#8217;s really hard for me to get the swing. I can&amp;#8217;t kip at all either. So, I&amp;#8217;m going to do a K2E and then swing my feet up the extra space and touch the bar. Dri told me this counts.
