I got into this mindset yesterday that I’m not doing enough. I need to be doing more. So I did. But i felt really light headed due to the fasting. I changed it up from dinner to dinner, instead of breakfast to breakfast so that I can eat after working out. Did some Outlaw, some cardio, and some abs with the girls.
