Ran 2 miles yesterday. Felt amazing. Time: 24:58. Meh. I’ve had better, but its ok. Getting back. Did squats, but it felt like I had a knot in my back when I would come up, so I stopped. Going to the Chiro today. Let’s see what happens. Eating has been going very well too :)

Kickin’ even more ass erry’ day
Im so proud of myself with yesterday’s WOD :)
For the first WOD I completed: 4 rounds + 7 pulls ups + 2 OH Squats. (35lbs)
For the second WOD I completed: 4 rounds (20lb kettle bell)
Im even more excited for today’s. I can’t wait! eeek :)

IDEA!
So I’ve been doing this whole cardio thing with my cousin. We run 3.5 miles everyday at around 6:00pm. The park isn’t too far from my house. Maybe about 5 miles. Well I just got the most brilliant idea! Im just gonna bike ride over there. Why is this becoming a bit of a deal to me? Well, at 8 my boyfriend has a soccer game and its about 7 miles from the park I go running at….yeah im biking over there after I run :)
