Soooo new deadlift PR: 175! yeehaw. WODed with 145 the day after. Ohhh yeah. Almost died, but I survived. Also, found my new back squat PR, because I was getting really bored with back squating with 50#. So, yeah back squat, 115. :)
My main issue is T2B. If anyone has any tips, please let me know. Today I’m going to take a different approach. It’s really hard for me to get the swing. I can’t kip at all either. So, I’m going to do a K2E and then swing my feet up the extra space and touch the bar. Dri told me this counts. I hope to accomplish this today so I can start my progress with this so hopefully by August I’ll have my pretty T2B.
